Terms of Service

The beta

MagnateAI is pre-release software offered to a small group of design partners. Features change, things break, and we may reset or remove features with notice where we can. The service is free during the beta unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your agents act on your instructions

You decide which apps your AI agents can use, which actions run automatically, which need your approval and which are blocked. Actions your agents take within the permissions you set, and actions you approve, are your actions. Review approval cards carefully: each one shows the exact arguments an action will run with.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Industry CI, fire drills and the rubric judge reduce risk but do not guarantee correct, lawful or compliant results. You are responsible for checking work before relying on it, and for the regulatory obligations of your business.

Your keys and connected apps

If you add your own model provider keys or connect third-party apps, your use of those services is also governed by their terms, and you pay their charges. Model calls made with our platform keys are capped per workspace each day.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive or harassing activity, including spam sent through connected email or messaging apps.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, other workspaces, or the endpoints it calls.
• No use of the service to build a competing product from its outputs, or to resell access.
• Invitations are personal; keep your account and API keys secure.

Your data

You own the content of your workspaces. You let us host and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Note. You can export a workspace at any time and delete it from Settings; deletion becomes permanent after a 7-day restore window.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using MagnateAI at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or end the beta, with reasonable notice where possible so you can export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. USD 100], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions your agents take within permissions you granted or that you approved.
